  • By registering with Yarragon Football Netball Club I agree to abide by the Club's Code of Conduct.


    Club Membership Refund Policy

    Panther Army membership fees contribute directly to the running and sustainability of our community club.

    It covers essential costs including:

    Access to qualified coaches

    Use of club equipment and facilities

    Team registration fees, umpire payments, and game-day costs

    And also provides

    Entry into the weekly $500 Club Draw (18 Weeks of the 2026 EDFNL Home & Away Season)

    Gate entry into all home games

    As such, we maintain a no-refund policy once a person is registered and the applicable season has commenced.

    We understand that individual circumstances can change, however membership fees go toward ongoing fixed costs that are not recoverable by the club once the season is underway.

    Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

    Serious injury prior to round one that prevents participation in the season

    Relocation or personal hardship before the season begins

    In these rare cases, any refund granted will be partial and must be requested in writing to the committee.

    Any applicable Netball Victoria insurance portion is non-refundable and must be claimed directly through their office.

    We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our volunteer-run club.

    Every membership helps us provide a safe, inclusive and competitive environment for our members and players.
